my first training session! 17/8/19
Today was my first training session. We started about a kilometer away from 1000 steps at eight o'clock. Once the 12 of us were there, we started to head up a very steep and wet track (nearly as steep as the hill we live on). It was a three kilometre walk to the top. When it got to the really steep hills, me and a few of my freinds would race to the top. It was hard to run because our camelback was filled with heaps of water. I'd definatley drank way to much water. Oops. About two kilometers in, the straps on my brand new camelback broke. We got to the top and ate some snacks at One Tree Hill which is at the top of a thousand steps. (We couldn't fix the straps so we just had to leave them which got annoying.) We started to head back down but we didn't do anything besides talking and walking (wasn't ment to rhyme.) We got back to where we started in half an hour. So we did six kilometers in about a hour and a half. Any way hoped you enjoyed, Jed.
