AUSTRALIA'S TOUGHEST TEAM ENDURANCE EVENT

THE KOKODA CHALLENGE

ABOUT

Operated by the Kokoda Youth Foundation, The Kokoda Challenge is a team endurance event that sees hikers and trail runners scale some of the most challenging terrain in Australia to raise funds for local youth programs and honour Diggers from the 1942 Kokoda Campaign.

The four values of the Kokoda Spirit, courage, endurance, mateship and sacrifice, are what lead our Diggers to prevail against a highly trained enemy during WWII. These are the very values that our events stand for and is what will see your team make it to the finish line, leaving no team member behind.

The Kokoda Challenge is one of the toughest physical and mental feats you may ever face, yet it is only a fraction of the hardship our Veterans faced along the real Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea. You will build a profound respect and understand of what these soldiers did to defend out country, all while supporting the transformation of local youth in our experiential program. Are you up for the challenge?
