I am back doing the Kokoda Challenge again in 2026
This year I am taking on three Kokoda Challenges -
Sunshine Coast 48 km
Brisbane 48 km
Gold Coast 96 km
Since I did my first Kokoda Challenge in 2023, I have developed a real passion for these sort of charity events, and learned there is a sport called long distance trail running.
This year I will be trail running the first two events as part of an open team of 3 persons, and the last event I will be hiking/jogging with my school friends in a school team.
I have a drive to try and win the trail running events and hopefully beat a course record or hopefully two?
The Kokoda Challenge is Australia’s toughest team endurance event. We need your help! I do the hard bit, all you need to do is dig deep into your pockets and pull out some dollars for me.
We’re not doing the Kokoda Challenge just for ourselves, we’re hiking for a cause – to fundraise for the Kokoda Youth Foundation, who run life-changing programs for young people across Australia. Their programs provide disengaged youth with the skills, knowledge and outdoor experiences that grow the Kokoda values of Courage, Endurance, Mateship and Sacrifice.
