Will Hike For Slurpees

About

Support our team and empower local youth!

Thanks for checking out our team page and presumably, offering up a donation! We couldn't undertake this adventure without it, and for that we are truly grateful.

We are first time trekkers in the Kokoda Challenge, but we're no rookies when it comes to events like these. Between us, we've conquered the 100km Oxfam Walk, a couple of 30km Coastrek walks and several 35km Bloody Long Walks in our time.

You might be wondering why we do these things, what drives us to walk long distances with little more than some water, snacks and a torch for when it's dark? Honestly, we're all driven by the desire to challenge ourselves, physically and mentally, to contribute to a greater good and to possibly earn ourselves a sponsorship with 7Eleven so we can have free slurpees for a lifetime (Blue ones if you're here 7Eleven!)

On a more serious note, The Kokoda Youth Foundation does some fantastic work with kids in our communities who could really use the help, and we think that's worth some blisters and sore feet to support.

If you have made a donation, thank you. You have not only contributed to our team's effort, and to the continued empowerment of the next generation, you've just got yourself a nice tax - deduction. It's win win!

Any serious questions can be directed to the FAQ page, tax questions to Cadena Legal and silly questions to any of us.

Thank you to our Sponsors
