How do I change the distance of my Kokoda Virtual Challenge?

When registering, if you entered 48kms and you actually want to complete the 96kms challenge or vice versa, then please follow these steps;

1) Log into your account by clicking here and entering your email address and password

2) Scroll down and click on “My Fitness Activity”

3) Under the heading “Set your target distance” there is a dropdown box where you can change the distance. Once you have entered the correct distance, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and press “Save changes”

How do I connect my Strava or Fitbit account?

When you log into your account, scroll down and click on “My fitness activity”. You will be redirected to a page where you will have the option to connect your Strava or Fitbit account. Please follow the prompts to connect.

The kilometres I have completed on my Strava or Fitbit is not showing up on my Kokoda Virtual Challenge page, what do I do?

Please ensure that you have authorised your fitness tracker to let Kokoda Challenge access your activity by following the steps above. The kilometres that you have completed will not show up on your account until the following day. If the kms you have completed are still not showing up then make sure you are logged into the app using the same account that you authorised your Strava account through your Kokoda page e.g. don't log in through Facebook from your app and then log in using a different email address when you authorise your account through your Kokoda page. If they are still not showing up after 24 hours then you can also manually log the kilometres or email us at media@kokodachallenge.com and we will help link your fitness tracker!
