About
Support our team and empower local youth!
Our team are tackling Australia's toughest team endurance event, The Kokoda Challenge, to support the Kokoda Youth Foundation in their mission to change the lives of young Australians through instilling the values of the Spirit of Kokoda; Courage, Endurance, Mateship and Sacrifice. These are the values we will embody on our adventure, paying tribute to Kokoda Veterans.
The Kokoda Youth Foundation is an Australian charity that runs free youth programs for kids in the local community, empowering disadvantaged and disengaged youth with the tools to realise their full potential.
By making a tax-deductible donation today, you can support our team in The Kokoda Challenge and provide Australian youth with life-changing opportunities.

My Updates

Chasing My Bucket List After 10 Years!
Hello and welcome to my very first blog! I’ve been meaning to do this for over 10 years, and I’m finally here, ready to share my journey. For so long, life has been a whirlwind of responsibilities, work, and “I’ll get to that later” moments. But you know what? Later is now. This is the year I stop saying “one day” and start living the dreams that have been waiting patiently on my bucket list.
I’ve finally carved out the time, and I’m beyond excited to dive in and make it happen. Writing this blog is part of the process—documenting every step of the way so I can reflect on the memories and hopefully inspire you to go after your own bucket list too!
So, here’s what’s on my list:
1. Travel More (and Embrace Adventure)
For years, I’ve dreamed of exploring new countries, soaking up different cultures, and stepping outside my comfort zone. This year, I’m making it a priority to travel beyond Australia and let the world become my playground.
2. Hike Overseas
Hiking has been my therapy, my reset button, and my way of staying grounded. I’ve done some incredible hikes locally, including those to Fraser Island, but now it’s time to go global. Think lush mountains, ancient trails, and views that take your breath away.
3. Launch My Gratitude T-Shirts Worldwide
This dream has been living rent-free in my head for years. I want my Grateful Heart t-shirts to spread positivity far and wide. Wearing gratitude is more than a fashion statement—it’s a reminder to embody it daily. This year, I’m taking them international. Watch this space!
4. Complete the Kokoda Challenge
This one feels deeply personal. I’ve admired the challenge for years, and now it’s finally my time to step up, push my limits, and honour the history behind it.
5. Take an International Gratitude Retreat
Whether it’s Bali or somewhere else dreamy, I envision a retreat where we pause, reflect, and fill our cups with gratitude, growth, and community.
These aren’t just things I want to tick off a list—they’re experiences I’ve been craving, and they’re about growth, adventure, and living with intention.
So here’s to a year of making it happen. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to chase your dreams, let this be your sign. The “perfect time” may never come, but the present moment is as perfect as it gets.
Let’s do this together—what’s one thing on your bucket list you’ve been putting off? I’d love to hear it!
With gratitude and excitement,
Well done on completing this challenge.. what a feat and such an amazing way to support those who need it moat, and expose your message of Gratitude wide and far!
