Kokoda wasn't even on my radar until I watched someone else give it a crack and it inspired me. Then it so happened that Simon pulled me into this team.
Through a twist of fate, my car being out of service for 3 months I had been walking everywhere before signing up. So I was training 3 months before I even signed up!
I love a challenge, and doing something that acknowledges the real Kokoda hero's and brings me together with my mates, whilst also raising some money sounded like a good idea.
Thanks to anyone who contributes, its a great cause and very much appreciated! I will be sure to share a photo of me crossing the line, hopefully a little under 24 hours from the start!
