Injury forces withdrawal
With an operation scheduled this week for the repair of a quadricep tendon, i am forced to abandon our attempt to participate in the 2023 event.Our team has chosen to transfer our efforts to the 2024 event
The 20th anniversary of the Kokoda Challenge.
Currently doing my Mt.Cootha workout three to four times a week. Derek (neighbour and team member) joins me for two of those each week, usually sat and sun.
