Hi I’m Brayden,

A 16-year-old commencing with studying for my ATAR tests in 6 months. I’m also a basketball coach for Tambourine Mountain Wolves, a commitment which I have dedicated 2 and half years to - all while being a player myself for 4 years. Now, why have I added Kokoda and the Push-Up challenage to my fun but hectic schedule. Well, for my personal fitness and the ‘shocking’ mental benefits of going outside. Ugh! No, but in all seriousness it's all that and also just hanging with some of my close friends, also to regain some of my past prowess. I'm no stranger to hiking as I have done the Annapurna Base Camp circuit in Nepal and lots of others including Longs Peak in America when I was ten. Addtionally, on top of doing the Push-Up Challenage last year. But, why these two? It raises money for the youth programs that benefit the same youth which I spend hours coaching hanging out with. I can’t think of a better cause than helping my fellow peers through the programs that both provide.
